Terms of Use

Estes Termos de Uso regem o acesso e a utilização do site Nugatx, de titularidade de Nugatx Tecnologia e Conteúdo Ltda., por qualquer pessoa física ou jurídica que o visite ou utilize. Ao navegar, comentar, cadastrar-se em newsletters, baixar materiais ou de outra forma interagir com o Site, o Usuário concorda integralmente com estes Termos, com a Política de Privacidade e com as Políticas do Programa Google AdSense, que regem a veiculação de anúncios em nossas páginas.

1. Definições

  • Conteúdo – textos, gráficos, vídeos, tutoriais, códigos-fonte, podcasts e demais informações veiculadas pelo Nugatx.
  • Serviços – disponibilização de Conteúdo gratuito, exibição de anúncios Google AdSense e ferramentas de interação (ex.: comentários, newsletters).
  • Anúncios Google – espaços publicitários fornecidos automaticamente pelo Google, que podem usar cookies e identificadores similares para personalizar anúncios aos Usuários, conforme as políticas do Google.

2. Aceitação dos Termos

Ao usar o Nugatx, o Usuário declara ter lido, compreendido e aceito estes Termos. Caso discorde, deverá interromper imediatamente o acesso.

3. Prestação do Serviço

3.1 O Nugatx oferece conteúdo informativo sobre tecnologia, aplicativos e curiosidades, financiado parcialmente por anúncios do programa Google AdSense.

3.2 O Serviço é disponibilizado “como está”, sem garantias de disponibilidade, precisão ou adequação a fins específicos. Pode haver interrupções, erros ou atrasos.

4. User Conduct

The User undertakes to:

  • Not to commit unlawful acts, including offenses, defamation, spam, phishing or exploitation of vulnerabilities.
  • Not to generate artificial clicks or impressions on ads, nor encourage others to do so.
  • Not to copy, sell, host in mirror (“mirror”) or reverse engineer the Content, unless expressly authorized.
  • Respecting third party copyrights and trademarks.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All Content is protected by Brazilian law (Law 9.610/1998) and international treaties.

5.2 The use of the “Nugatx”, “Google” or “AdSense” marks is nominative only and does not imply official endorsement or partnership.

6. Ads, Cookies and Similar Technologies

6.1 Nugatx uses its own and third-party cookies (Google) to offer, measure and personalize ads.

6.2 The User may disable the personalization of advertisements through the Ad Settings or sectoral initiatives such as YourAdChoices. Links and instructions are in our Privacy Policy.

6.3 The display of advertisements respects the Prohibited and Restricted Content Policies google Inc's restrictions on gambling, adult content, hate speech and others are set out in the February and March 2025 updates.

7. Exemption from Guarantees

The Content is provided without guarantees of accuracy, technical suitability or real-time updating. The decision to use any information is solely up to the User, who assumes any and all risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nugatx shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental damages, lost profits or loss of data arising from:

  • the use or impossibility of using the Site;
  • interaction with third party advertisements or websites;
  • technical failures outside our control.

9. External Links

The Site may contain links to third party pages.We do not control or are responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these sites.

10. Registration and Account Security

If the User registers (e.g., comments, newsletter), he undertakes to provide true data, maintain the confidentiality of credentials and notify Nugatx of unauthorized use.

11. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to Nugatx, in whole or in part, in our sole discretion, if there is a violation of these Terms, the law, or the AdSense Policies.

12. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.Material changes will be communicated by notice on the Site or by email, becoming effective after fifteen (15) calendar days of publication.

13. Applicable Law and Forum

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular:

  • Marco Civil da Internet (Law 12.965/2014);
  • General Law on Protection of Personal Data (Law 13.709/2018).

Any controversy will be resolved in the forum of the district of Sao Paulo/SPrenunciation of any other, however privileged.
